An error doesn't become a mistake until you refuse to correct it.

Program Note

If you watched Windsor Park Stories last Sunday you know about the master control error that compromised the second half of the show.

Because of this error, we will rebroadcast our episode on change in its entirety this week at 11:30 a.m. on WBRE TV.

A summary of the program is recorded below.

A Look At Change From Different Angles

Falling leaves, garden tips, Barnes & Noble, The Ultimate Marathon Man and the phenomenon of change are all part of this Sunday’s episode of The New Windsor Park Stories. You can see the program on Sunday morning at 11:30 on WBRE-TV, Channel 28.

In the Gardens That Work segment, viewers will learn about fall gardening and get some tips from Ed Kopec of Edwards Garden Center. Ed tells us what to do at this time of the year to prepare trees and plants for the cold weather ahead.

Without exception this is one of the most beautiful seasons of the year and we attempt to capture nature’s beauty from the ground and the air in a special Pennsylvania Scenes segment .

Scrapbook takes the viewer to downtown Wilkes-Barre for a look inside the Barnes and Noble bookstore and a glimpse at what the future of the central business district might become because of this wonderful addition to the first block of South Main Street.

Unplugged tackles the pros and cons of change. Special contributions to this segment were made by Dean Karnazes, The Ultimate Marathon Man, and Dr. Mel Levine.

The program ends with a spirited and a happy rendition of a folk song about change, Don’t Let The Old Songs Fade Away. Performed by Tanglefoot at College Misericordia, it neatly sums up the implications of change.

Support for The New Windsor Park Stories is provided by; King’s College, The Luzerne County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Edwards Garden Center in Forty Fort, PA., and College Misericordia.
